Since the OPPO A37m has no SD card slot (only SIM slot), you’ll need: oppo a37m userdata

Uncheck all boxes, then only check the "Userdata" box . Application caches, login sessions, game saves, and settings

The tool should detect the device, and a yellow bar will appear, showing the progress. Once completed, a green checkmark will appear.

The phone gets stuck on the Oppo logo because corrupted app data prevents the system from booting.
