Level-5 has historically turned a blind eye to fan translations of their dormant titles, especially when no official localization exists. However, the translation team strictly prohibits distributing pre-patched ROMs. You must patch your own legally obtained copy. This is a preservation effort, not a piracy ring. Given that Level-5 has recently revived the Inazuma Eleven franchise with Victory Road , it's unlikely they will ever revisit these 3DS-era compilations. In a very real sense, the English patch is the only way this "Endou Mamoru Legend" will be playable in English.
Level-5 has announced Inazuma Eleven RE , a full remake of the first game scheduled for release in 2026, which will feature modern graphics and likely an official global release. Inside luma , open the titles folder
